Update on my review: After this initial review posted, my sister's received phone calls from the staff, and they finally replaced the vase. Thank you. For the Jeep Grand Cherokee that got side-swiped on 01-01-2024 @ approximately 2:25pm at the corner of Garden of Comapssion plots: it was a Kia Optima Liscense Plate 7YBB188 I didn't have a pen on me and you took off quick after the accident, so I pulled the footage from my dashcam. Hope you get your right-rear fender fixed. Reviewing 2 stars due to lack of response from staff/ grounds keeping. My father's vase was stolen and vandalized (could have been the grounds keeper if they broke it and never replaced it). My sister emailed them, and I called and spoke to multiple people. The last guy I spoke with was Joe from Family Services and he promised to replace the entire vase within a week. It has been over 2 months since this conversation, and I have given up hope on the vase being replaced. Beautiful location and scenery though.

I would never recommend this place. My brother had a prepaid funeral lot was purchased 1985 . My dad told me everything was taken care of he’s disabled so it was really important. Found out Dec 23 that they wouldn’t bury him until I paid $3744 . Nothing was explained to me. When you’re upset it’s hard to think. The only good thing I can say is it’s pretty. There’s too much to add here

Excellent service from first time meet and greet throughout the process of funeral. I would personally recommend Marissa Marquez and the team from the funeral services to Roseanna Martinez and the team for the cemetery services. Impeccable hospitality in a time of grief and also a pandemic. The ability to have a superb team throughout from the time you walk in the door with unfortunate events and have a facility treat you in family setting has made me think of future. My family was extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism provided by Patricia Villarreal from Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park and Mortuary. She provided an informative appointment in Spanish and ensured the funeral ceremony was organized and prepared with dignity. We were given the necessary time and space to say our goodbyes and feel at ease. We are all immensely grateful for the services provided.
